PC1: Decision on tax penalties

Power Construction Joint Stock Company No 1 received the decisions dated September 24, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi City regarding the administrative sanctions on taxes as follows:

-        Tax arrears: 2,698,495,119 dongs;

-        Late payment interest: 479,636,948 dongs

-        Administrative fine: 540,699,024 dongs.

On September 24, 2021, Power Construction Joint Stock Company No 1 fully paid the above amount.
