HU1: Reminded of information disclosure

On August 25, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind and ask HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the securities market because the Company disclosed the amended Business Registration Certificate later than regulations and has not disclosed resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders/Board of Directors on transactions with related parties.
