On September 21, 2021, Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (CTG) received Official Document No.1492 dated September 17, 2021 by the State Securities Commission regarding the appointment of Mr. Tran Minh Binh, Chairman of CTG for the term from 2019 to 2024, to be the representative for 40% State-owned stake as of September 17, 2021.
