Record date:                           September 30, 2021

Purpose                                   for the payment for the 2020 dividend in cash         

Dividend pay-out ratio:           20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

Payment date:                          October 20, 2021      

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  branches of Petrovietnam Securities Incorporated as from October 20, 2021.
