TVT: Extension of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual financial statements

On August 13, 2021, the State Securities Commission issued a document regarding the disclosure of financial statements of Viet Thang Corporation as follows:

-          The State Securities Commission asked Viet Thang Corporation to announce the extension of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements due to force majeure and disclose sufficient information after remedying according to regulations.
