TCB: Approving agreements with related persons

On August 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved the credit card limit transaction between Techcombank and Mr. Nguyen Canh Son Tung, son of Mr. Nguyen Canh Son – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcombank. Accordingly, Techcombank agreed to grant a credit limit of VND500 million with a credit card term of 03 years.
