TCB: Approved an agreement with MSC

The Board resolution dated August 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TCB) approved an agreement on Masan Consumer Corporation (MSC) to agree to guarantee the credit loan for Industrial One Member Company Limited (MSI) with details as follows:

-          Total value:

• Total value of loan syndication: VND300,000,000,000
• Of which, TCB: maximum VND150,000,000,000.

-          Borrowing time: 36 months from the date of first disbursement.
