SBV: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2020 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  September 24, 2021

-          Payment date: October 22, 2021

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share).
