1. Approve the 2020 operation report and 2021 operation plan.
2. Approve the 2020 business report and 2021 business plan.
3. Approve the 2020 supervisory report and 2021 supervisory plan.
4. Approve the 2020 financial statements.
5. Approve the 2020 business results and plan of the 2021 profit distribution.
6. Approve the 2020 remuneration for the BOD & Management Boards.
7. Choose the auditing firm.
8. Approve the updated regulations of the company.
