GIL: Result of stock issuance to pay dividend Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company announced the result of stock issuance to pay dividend to existing shareholders as follows:
1) Information on stock:
- Stock name: Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs/share
- Number of shares issued: 36,000,000 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 36,000,000 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,200,000 shares
- Exercise ratio: 20% (5:1) (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 05 rights will be entitled to receive 01 new share.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be decided by the BOD to distribute to other investors with the selling price of VND10,000/share).
- Ending date: August 19, 2021
