CTG: Increasing charter capital and amending charter

The Board resolution dated July 30, 2021, the BOD of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to increase its charter capital to VND48,057,506,090,000, due to stock issuance for the dividend payment.

2)      Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
