BMI: The record date for a share issuance On August 16, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1482/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Baominh Insurance Corporation (stock code: BMI) as follows:
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: August 25, 2021
- Record date: August 26, 2021
- Purpose: stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital.
- Exercise ratio: 10:2
(The one who owns 100 shares will receive 02 new shares).
- Estimated issue volume: 18,270,807 shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares:
The distributed shares will be rounded down. The remaining shares and fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
Place of implementation:
