BID: Announcement of the foreign ownership limit
On July 29, 2021, Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Investment And Development Of Vietnam (BID) received an official letter dated August 19, 2021 by the State Securities Commission notifying that the Company’s dossier on the ownership limit of foreign investors at Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Investment And Development Of Vietnam (BID) at 30% is sufficient and valid as prescribed in the Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 by the Government detailing the implementation of several articles of Securities Law.
