1)      The BOD approved the result of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 90,000 shares

-          Number of shares registered to buy: 88,800 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 44 shareholders

-          Number of shares not registered to buy: 1,200 shares.

2)      The BOD approved not to distribute number of shares not registered to buy (1,200 shares).
