VIB: Decision on the change of listing On July 20, 2021, HOSE issued Decision No.373/QD-SGDHCM to allow Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (securities code: VIB) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 1,109,387,852 shares
- Additional volume: 443,755,141 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND4,437,551,410,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 1,553,142,993 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND15,531,429,930,000
- Effective date of the listing license: July 22, 2021
