VHM: BOD resolution dated July 08, 2021

The Board resolution dated July 08, 2021, the BOD of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to implement the sale of treasury shares in July 2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2)      Approving to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing to approve the adjustment to the dividend payment plan.
