TPS: BOD resolution on the handle of undistributed shares

The Board resolution dated July 22, 2021, the BOD of Tien Phong Securities Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the result of public offering to existing shareholders:

-          Registered offering volume: 100,000,000 shares

-          Time for subscription and payment: from June 25, 2021 to July 21, 2021

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Distributed volume: 99,122,718 shares

-          Total proceeds: VND991,227,180,000

-          Undistributed shares: 877,282 shares

2)      Approving the company continues to distribute the unsold shares to other investors:

-          Number of shares continue to distribute: 877,282 shares

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Payment date: before 15:00, July 23, 2021,

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year from the finish date of the offering

-          List of investors are based on the Minutes of the Board of Directors meeting dated July 22, 2021.
