1)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Thanh as member of BOD from July 05, 2021.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from July 05, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong as Chairman of bOD of the Company from July 05, 2021.

4)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Doan Thi Thu Thuy as as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from July 05, 2021.

5)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thu as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from July 05, 2021.

6)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Doan Thi Thu Thuy as Person in charge of Corporate Governance to replace Mrs. Ha Thi Hai Van from July 05, 2021.
