TMT: BOD approved to postpone the holding of EGM 2021

The Board resolution dated July 26, 2021, the BOD of TMT Motors Corporation approved to postpone the time to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting on July 30, 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.
