On July 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approves to sell corporate bonds owned by Techcombank to Techcom Bond Fund (TCBF), as follows:

-          Maximum trading value at par value: VND1,800,000,000,000.

-          Issuer: Vincom Retail

-          Estimated trading date: until September 30, 2021.
