SMC: Notice of Board resolutions dated 15 Jul 2021 SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolutions dated July 15, 2021 as follows:
1) The Board of Directors agreed that SMC Tan Tao Co., Ltd. would repurchase land from Van Thang International Joint Stock Company in order to expand business operations and clear debts.
- Area: 10,000 m2
- Value: 117 billion dongs
- Location: Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A ward, Binh Tan district, HCMC.
2) The Board of Directors approved to ask the Vietnam Securities Depository to remove the restriction of 50% of shares (Type 2) in ESOP 2019 from July 27, 2021.
3) The Board of Directors approved the business performance in 06 months of 2021 and plan for the last 06 months of 2021:
Business performance in the first 06 months of 2021:
- Output: 646,305 tons of steel (achieving 48% of target)
- Revenue: 11,020 billion dongs
- Profit: 747 billion dongs (achieving 279% of target)
Business performance in the last 06 months of 2021:
- Output: 705,000 tons of steel
- Profit: 105 billion dongs.
