RAL: Reminded of information disclosure
On February 17, 2020 and June 09, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the reports on the use of proceeds from the share issue to increase charter capital from 193.5 billion dongs to 387 billion dongs by Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company has not used up all the proceeds from the share issue.
As required by regulations, the Company must report the progress of proceeds disbursement periodically every 06 months from the end of offering until all the proceeds is disbursed. Besides, the Company must disclose the report on the use of proceeds audited by an audit company which is approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
On June 25, 2021, therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company about late disclosure and ask the Company to audit the report on the use of proceeds.
