Nam Viet Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.007 and No.008 dated July 15, 2021 as follows:

Board Resolution No.007:

The Board of Directors of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company approved agreements between Nam Viet Joint Stock Company and MGA Viet Nam Joint Stock Company with the total accumulated value of agreements in 12 months up to VND20 billion.

Board Resolution No.008:

The Board of Directors of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company approved agreements between Nam Viet Joint Stock Company and LIDOVIT Trading & Industrial Joint Stock Company with the total accumulated value of agreements in 12 months up to VND20 billion.
