6)      Purpose: to make the  stock dividend payment for 2020.

-          Estimated issue volume: 128,956,669 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:12

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 1,005 shares at the record date, he will receive: 1,005 * 12% = 120.6 new shares. However, after rounded down, the real number of shares he receives is 120 shares. The fractional part (0.6 share) will be cancelled.
