The Board resolution dated July 07, 2021, the BOD of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company approved to invest capital in Van Son Green Environment Cooperative with total value of investment of VND24,150,000,000, accounting for 35% of Van Son Green Environment Cooperative.
