HDB: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank

approved to pay for the 2020 dividend in stock:

-          Record date:  August 27, 2021

-          Purpose: to pay stock dividends.

-          Exercise ratio:                  25%

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 25 new shares.
