HBC: HBC wins new construction projects Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company has assigned new construction packages with the total contract value of nearly VND761 billion as follows:
1) Picity High Park Project
- Investor: Gia Cu Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (under Pigroup)
- Location: Thanh Xuan ward, district 12, Ho Chi Minh city
- Construction package: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company is the main contractor for the project.
- Value of package: nearly VND496 billion
2) Hung Phat Residential and Urban Area – Phu Quoc
- Investor: Tan A Dai Thanh Real Estate Joint Stock Company
- Location: Suoi Lon, Hamlet 7, An Thoi town, Duong To commune, Phu Quoc district, Kien Giang province
- Construction package: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company is the main contractor for the project.
- Value of package: nearly VND265 billion.
