On July 19, 2021, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved to determine a shareholder list to obtain shareholders’ written opinions as follows:

-          Time of implementation: from August 16, 2021 to September 10, 2021

-          Place: Office of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company, 114 Truong Chinh, Phu Dong ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province.

-          Content for voting:

• To vote for the registration to deposit bonds at the Vietnam Securities Depository and list them on the Stock Exchange.
• To vote for the authorization of the registration and listing.
