DTL: Extension of disclosure of Q2.2021 financial statements

On July 26, 2021, the State Securities Commission issued a document regarding the disclosure of financial statements of Dai Thien Loc Corporation as follows:

-          For the semi-annual financial statements: the deadline for disclosing the semi-annual financial statements of 2021 is August 30, 2021. Therefore, Dai Thien Loc Corporation does not have to make an announcement of disclosure postponement.

-          For Q2.2021 financial statements: the State Securities Commission asked Dai Thien Loc Corporation to announce the extension of disclosure of Q2.2021 financial statements due to force majeure and disclose information after remedying according to regulations.
