The Board resolution dated July 19, 2021, the BOD of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade approved the plan for the fifth bond private placement in 2021 as follows:

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond and unsecured

-          Purpose: to raise capital for CTG’s business activities.

-          Term: 15 years

-          Issuance volume: 50 bonds\

-          Value: VND50 billion

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-          Issuance price: 100% par value

-          Issuance date: expected in July 2021 or August 2021

-          Maturity date: 15 years from the issuance date

-          Implementing right date: 10 years from the issuance date

-          Interest rate: 6.7%/year

-          Issuance method: to sell directly to investors.

-          Issuance form: book entry

-          Interest payment method: Once every 12 months.
