Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company reports the result of the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury stock before trading: 4,971,327 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 483,500 shares

-   Bought volume: 424,200 shares

-   Purpose: to recover shares from the employees resigned in the stock issuance under ESOP in 2018.

-   Number of treasury shares after the transaction: 5.395.527 shares

-   Trading price: VND56,000/share

-   Time of implementation: from June 16, 2021 to July 15, 2021

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
