BCG: Register to increase charter capital

    The Board resolution dated July 02, 2021, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      To increase the additional charter capital to VND40,690,340,000 due to the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020 to existing shareholders. Accordingly, the company’s charter capital will increase to VND2,075,371,740,000, equivalent to 207,537,174 shares.

2)      To amend, supplement the company’s charter with new charter capital.
