APG: SSC approved the report on public offering APG Securities Joint Stock Corporation received the Official Dispatch from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) regarding the approval of the report on result of the public offering of APG Securities Joint Stock Corporation (APG). Details are as follows:
1) Report on result of stock issuance for dividend payment:
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 5,104,335 shares
- Number of distributed shares: 5,104,283 shares; Of which :
+ Number of distributed shares to shareholders: 5,104,283 shares for 5,507 shares;
+ Number of fractional shares: 52 shares.
2) Approving the report on result of public offering:
- Offering volume: 34,028,900 shares
- Number of distributed shares: 34,020,123 shares (accounting for 99.7% total shares to be offered) for 772 shareholders; Of which:
+ Number of distributed shares to existing shareholders: 10,720,123 shares for 764 shareholders;
+ Number of distributed shares and continue to distribute to 08 investors according to the Board resolution dated July 22, 2021: 23,300,000 shares. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the issuance.
- Total proceeds from the offering: VND340,201,230,000.
