ACB: Selling property to execute judgment

On July 06, 2021, HOSE received the dispatch dated July 05, 2021 from the Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-department of Hoang Mai District on the sale of assets for judgment enforcement. Accordingly, the authorities and Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank will organize the sale of 3,703,786 shares in the securities account with holder Nguyen Duc Kien, deposited in the Vietnam Securities Depository.
