ABS: State Securities Commission allows ABS to offer shares

On July 05, 2021, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam received the dossier of offering shares to existing shareholders and issuing shares for dividend payment by An Binh Securities Joint Stock Company. The State Securities Commission asked the Company to disclose information and issue shares as planned.
