Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company (VRE) announces the merger of subsidiaries which are wholly-owned by VRE as follows:

-          Merger recipient: North Vincom Retail LLC (address: 72A Nguyen Trai, Thuong Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city)

-          Merged company: Ha Thanh Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (address: No.7, Bang Lang 1, Vinhomes Riverside, Viet Hung ward, Long Bien district, Ha Noi city).
