VPG: Board resolution on stock dividend payment for 2020 The Board of Directors of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for the 2020 stock dividend payment as follows:
− Stock type: common stock
− Par value: VND10,000/share
− Outstanding volume: 39,199,814 shares
− Estimated issue volume: 3,919,981 shares
− Total issue value (at par value): VND39,199,810,000
− Issue ratio: 10% (those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares)
− Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
