On June 21, 2021, Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company issued the decision to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Vu Tri Anh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from June 21, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Kieu Huy Hoang as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from June 21, 2021.
