VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (VIC) announces the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021 dated June 24, 2021 with the following contents:

1)      Approving the report on the BOD activities.

4)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2020.

5)      Approving the plan for 2020 profit distribution:

6)      Approving the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021.

7)      Amending the Articles of Association.

8)      Approving to supplement the Company’s business function.

9)      Approving the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).

10)  Choosing an auditing firm for fiscal year 2021.

11)  Approving to elect of members of the BOD in the term 2021-2026:
