The Board resolution dated June 16, 2021, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCSC) announces the fourth private placement of 2021 as follows:

−        Fixed interest rate: 7.5%/year

−        Face value: VND100,000,000/bond

−        Issue price: equal to par value

−        Total issue volume: 1,100 bonds

−        Currency unit: VND

−        Bond term: 02 years

−        Bond form: book-entry.
