On June 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) issued a resolution on the approval for credit agreements with FPT Software Co., Ltd. and FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (the related person is Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors).
