TPB: Board approves the dossiers of registration for private placement

On June 21, 2021, the Board of Directors of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the dossiers of registration for the private placement of shares, including the following documents:

1. Application for the private placement;
2. Business Registration Certificate;
3. Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021 dated April 23, 2021;
4. The Board resolution dated June 07, 2021;
5. The Board resolution approved the dossiers of stock private placement;
6. The Official Dispatch No.4376/NHH-TTGSNH dated June 18, 2021 by the State Bank of Vietnam regarding the increase of TPB’s charter capital;
7. Audited financial statements in 2020, the financial statement in Quarter 1/2021;
8. Articles of Association;
9. Commitment that the issuer does not violate regulations on cross-ownership;
10. The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account;
11. Information documents for investors.
