SSB: SSB allowed to increase its charter capital

Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HOSE: SSB) received an official document dated June 22, 2021 by the State Bank of Vietnam allowing SSB to increase its charter capital by at most 2,697,441,610,000 dongs by issuing shares to pay dividends, issuing shares to the existing shareholders and issuing shares under ESOP 2021.
