SSB: MobiFone to divest capital from SeABank

On June 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of MobiFone Telecommunication Corporation (MobiFone) approved the plan for transfer all of 8,781 shares at Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank), as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 8,781 shares

-          Total value at par value: VND87,810,000

-          Trading method: order-matching

-          Estimated trading period: from June 2021 to the end of December 2021.
