SSB: Board resolution on stock dividend payment and ESOP 2021 The Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following contents:
1) To issue 110,244,161 shares to pay dividends as the plan adopted by the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
2) To issue 23,500,000 shares under the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP 2021):

- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Total issue value at par value: VND235,000,000,000
- Estimated charter capital after the share issue: VND13,424,883,690,000.
- Issue ratio (Issue volume on Outstanding volume): 1.9442%

- Staff in Group 5 to Group 10: VND16,800/share
