SSB: Board resolution on obtaining shareholders’ opinions

The Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (“SeABank”) decided to obtain shareholders’ opinions in writing for the following issues:

-        Foreign ownership limit at SeABank

-        Amendment to SeABank 's Charter.

-         Other issues under the jurisdiction of the General Meeting.

The record date for the shareholder list for obtaining shareholders’ opinions in writing: June 28, 2021.
