SPM: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

On June 01, 2021, the General Meeting of Shareholders of S.P.M Corporation, which was held in the form of obtaining shareholders’ written opinions, approved the following issues:

-          Approving to convene the Virtual General Meeting of Shareholders and e-voting;

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Bui Cong Son as Chief Accountant;

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Vo Thanh Nhan as Chief Accountant.
