On June 01, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1089/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date for the 5^th bond interest payment as follows:

-          Bond symbol:        SCR11816

-          Bond type:            corporate bond

-          Par value:              100,000 VND/bond

-          Record date:          June 10, 2021

-          Purpose: to make the 5^th. interest payment (from and inclusive of the date of December 19, 2021 to and exclusive of the date of June 19, 2021) of SCR11816

-          Interest rate:          8.85%/year

-          Payment amount: 4,412.877 VND/bond

-          Payment date:       June 21, 2021 (because June 19, 2021 is not a business day)

-          Place of payment:

• For the bondholders whose bonds have been deposited, they will fulfill procedure to receive interest at the securities firms where the bonds have been deposited.
• For the bondholders whose bonds have not been deposited, the bond interest will be paid to their accounts on June 21, 2021 as registered with Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB).
