PXI: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

On June 17, 2021, the BOD of Petroleum Industrial and Civil Construction Joint Stock Company approved to postpone the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held before July 31, 2021.
