On June 23, 2021, Ninh Van Bay Travel Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Ikhwan Primanda and Mr. Hoang Anh Dung as member of BOD of the Company from June 23, 2021.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Trinh Nguyen Khanh and Mr. Vu Ngoc Tu as member of BOD of the Company from June 23, 2021.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Dedy Rifdy Ramsey, Mrs. Ngo Thi Truc Mai and Mrs. Dao Thi Hai Yen as member of Supervisory Board of the Company from June 23, 2021.
4. Approving the appointment of Mrs. Dinh Thi Hanh, Mr. Nguyen Ho Ngoc and Mrs. Pham Thi Thu Huong as member of Supervisory Board of the Company from June 23, 2021.
5. Approving the appointment of Mrs. Dinh Thi Hanh as Head of Supervisory Board of the Company.

7. Approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Thanh Thai Linh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from June 23, 2021.
